The vitamin and supplement aisle is a confusing sea of sameness. In a market where everyone is saying the same things, Natrol needed a way to stand out.

Insight

Instead of trying to appeal to everyone with a bland, watered-down message, Natrol needed to find their ideal consumer. Our research identified a tribe of harried, heroic women who wanted to take a more active role in managing their health.

Results

Natrol saw a huge increase in sales during the campaign, as well as sustained sales growth in the following months. Not only did we meet Natrol’s 20% sales goal, within two months we doubled their brand awareness.
