Billing Coordinator
The ideal candidate must be accurate and efficient, a highly organized team player with an aptitude for detail work, employ reliable methods of checking own work to verify accuracy of work product, must be able to multi-task, and has a strong work ethic. The primary aspects of the job will include basic accounting, billing, clerical tasks and accounts payable.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
•1-3 years of experience in Billing

BILLING
•Coordinate client production billing with Teams for multiple accounts from start to finish

• Is able to work closely with our client-based teams and help them define key metrics and perform mathematical analysis to extract data-driven insights

Digital Media Specialist
Phelps is currently seeking a paid media planner, with 3+ years of experience, to join a team of multi-media planning specialists (broadcast, print, outdoor, digital). Qualified candidates have worked at an ad agency or media buying company with a desire to further their media planning knowledge, engage with deserving clients and help in the development and execution of plans that drive results.

Responsibilities include:

• Contribution to development of strategies for integrated media planning (digital, broadcast, print, outdoor, other)
• Works within a team to develop detailed media plans to include objectives, strategies, evaluation criteria, recommendations, testing and metrics implementation
• Creates media plan documents using excel and power point

Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM)
Phelps, an integrated marketing communications agency located in sunny Playa Vista, is looking for a talented and experienced specialist in the areas of CRM strategy, program development and execution, marketing automation, and lead generation campaigns, for both B2B and B2C clients.

We’re looking for an individual who is able to clearly identify our clients’ customer journeys, and develop communication programs that provide a clear path to engagement. We’re seeking an experienced SEO Coordinator to work with exciting brands within a dotcom and entrepreneurial environment. You'll have the opportunity to learn other mediums of online marketing, technical SEO, social media marketing, and more.
Position Overview
This position will be responsible for assisting with SEO strategy for our clients. The SEO Coordinator will also need a basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principals and how to use those principals.
