We are looking for someone to join us with the following experience:

• Is able to work closely with our client-based teams and help them define key metrics and perform mathematical analysis to extract data-driven insights
• Experience creating and analyzing multivariate and A/B testing
• Highly analytical, driven to finding key insights through data mining large and complex data sets
• Identify trends and opportunities across various media and communication channels, such as SEO, SEM, display, and video

Requirements:

• 1-3 years organizing, analyzing, modeling, and interpreting complex data sets

Digital Team Leader (Account Director)
Phelps currently has an opening for a Team Leader (Account Director) to lead a talented team of marketing communication specialists in our client-centric integrated marketing communication environment.

In order to be considered for this role candidates must have at least 10+ years advertising agency experience with 5 years’ experience in account management role with a focus on direct response, digital marketing strategy aligning communications across paid, owned and earned media.

Responsibilities and duties

• Primary point of contact with client
• Works with client-based team and client to lead all strategic endeavors from both a thinking and executional perspective
• Works closely with the client and team to lead the creation of budgets, timelines/schedules, briefs and other guidance documents

Digital Team Manager (Sr. Account Executive)
Phelps is looking for the Houdini of advertising: a Team Manager (Account Manager) with preferably 3-5 years of experience who can transform awesome digital ideas into awesome digital campaigns. You’ll need a background in digital advertising and marketing for brands to provide excellent client service and be the backbone of this entire team.

Team Managers will manage the administration of client assignments on a day-to-day basis.

Marketing Automation Specialist
Phelps, an integrated marketing communications agency located in sunny Playa Vista, is looking for a talented and experienced specialist in the areas of CRM strategy, program development and execution, marketing automation, and lead generation campaigns, for both B2B and B2C clients.

We’re looking for an individual who is able to clearly identify our clients’ customer journeys, and develop communication programs that provide a clear path to engagement. We are a platform-agnostic agency, however we do seek somebody with specific expertise with implementing communications campaigns within Marketo and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud (journey builder). Our current clients work across these platforms.

Previous experience with the day-to-day management of client assignments in the email marketing world is a must.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the before mentioned CRM platforms. This includes technical expertise in the setup of campaigns, email communications, “journeys”, dynamic functionality, analytics, and other platform specific tasks.

SEO Specialist
Hi. We’re Phelps, an integrated marketing communications agency in Playa Vista, CA.

We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to work with exciting brands within a dotcom and entrepreneurial environment. You'll have the opportunity to learn other mediums of online marketing, social media marketing, and more.

Position Overview
This position will be responsible for managing the day to day SEO campaigns for several of our clients, as well as helping to develop comprehensive digital strategies for our clients, with a heavy emphasis on Search Engine Optimization. Specific responsibilities include keyword research and segmentation by user intent, keyword mapping and on-page recommendations. Responsibilities also include the creation and management of outreach lists for back linking for each client.

The daily role of the SEO Specialist is to ensure that client teams receive timely responses for on-page SEO review requests, off-page SEO review requests, guidance on keyword selection and guidance on SEO best practices. The role will work closely with the SEO Specialist, Content Strategist, and Data Analyst to help find content gaps and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
• Implement strategic initiatives and help with specific project tasks
