Phelps, a Los Angeles-based integrated marketing agency, has entered into partnership with The Company, a privately held collective of specialty marketing agencies based in Houston with offices in Dallas, Denver, New York, Buenos Aires and Nha Trang, Vietnam. The move is designed to strengthen Phelps' talent resources to better serve current and prospective clients.
